Department of Business Administration

To reduce the gap between theory & practice, wehave taken a distinctive measure to involve the practitioners during the production phase of producing graduates at the university. The curricula are job oriented and industry driven. The curriculum of this department is addressed to students who wish to be distinguished as senior and top executives in the private and public sector, while the graduates play an important role in the country’s wider economic and social life.

The Department of Business Administration has a carefully designed curriculum which offers a wide range of knowledge (Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Banking, MIS, Operations Management, Insurance, Risk Management, HRM, International Business, Entrepreneurship, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Business Management,Quantitative Methods, Law, New Technologies, etc.) aiming at the integrated education and training of future leaders in the private and public sector.

Presently, the Department offers two programs namely Master of Business Administration (MBA) & Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).

The teaching philosophy of the Department’s is to promote the acquisition of knowledge and critical thinking and provide our students with the necessary skills for a successful career in Business and Administration.
