Campus Life

Computer Lab.          CUST maintains a fully equipped Computer Lab designed to support 40 workstations, providing students with a modern and conducive environment for practical learning and hands-on experience. The lab facilitates programming, software development, simulations, and other IT-related activities, enabling students to develop technical skills, collaborate on projects, and gain practical exposure to complement their theoretical studies.

Electrical & Electronics Lab.           The Electrical & Electronics Lab is currently under development and is expected to be operational shortly. Once completed, it will accommodate approximately 40 students and provide modern facilities for practical learning in electrical circuits, electronics, and related engineering applications. The lab will support hands-on experiments, technical skill development, and applied learning, complementing theoretical instruction in the classroom.

 CUST Research Center.       CUST fosters a strong research culture among faculty, staff, and students, addressing both national and international challenges. A dedicated Research Center oversees all research activities, supporting project planning, implementation, funding, publications, and collaborations. It also organizes seminars, workshops, and training programs to enhance research skills and promote high-quality, impactful academic work across the university.

 Library & Learning Resources.      The university has a well-stocked physical library that supports the academic and research needs of students and faculty through a wide range of textbooks, reference materials, journals, and other scholarly resources. The library provides a conducive learning environment that encourages reading, research, and independent study. In addition, the development of an e-library is currently underway to further enhance access to digital resources, online journals, and electronic learning materials, ensuring broader and more flexible access to knowledge.

CUST Corner.           The CUST Corner is a vibrant and welcoming space designed for students to relax, socialize, and engage in informal learning beyond the classroom. It functions as a hub for academic collaboration and recreational engagement, fostering interaction among students from diverse disciplines and strengthening the sense of campus community.

Student Lounge.        The student lounge is a dedicated campus facility that provides a comfortable and informal environment for students to unwind, interact, and collaborate. It supports both relaxation and peer learning, encouraging creativity, communication, and a healthy balance between academic and social life.

Child Room.  The child room is a safe and well-designed space created to meet the needs of children accompanying visitors or members of the university community. It offers a secure and nurturing environment for play, rest, and basic learning activities, ensuring comfort, safety, and developmental support.

Common Room.        The common room is a shared facility within the university that serves as a central space for relaxation, informal gatherings, and social interaction. It encourages community engagement, peer bonding, and recreational activities, contributing to a more inclusive and connected campus environment.

Catering Facilities.    CUST provides on-campus catering services to meet the dining needs of students, faculty, and staff. The facilities offer a variety of nutritious and hygienic meals and refreshments in a comfortable environment, supporting the daily academic and recreational activities of the university community.

Health & Safety.        The CUST campus ensures compliance with health and fire safety regulations, maintaining high standards across all facilities. First aid–trained personnel are available on site to respond to emergencies. Fire safety procedures are well established, regularly rehearsed, and clearly communicated to all students and staff.

Seminar Room.          CUST has a dedicated academic space designed for interactive learning, presentations, workshops, and guest lectures. Equipped with modern audio-visual facilities and flexible seating arrangements, it supports effective communication and knowledge sharing among students, faculty, and invited experts. The space promotes discussion, collaboration, and critical thinking, contributing to a more engaging and enriched academic experience.

Auditorium.   The auditorium is a centrally important facility designed to host large-scale academic, cultural, and institutional events of the university. It provides a well-equipped space for seminars, conferences, workshops, orientations, cultural programs, and guest lectures. With modern audio-visual systems, professional lighting, and comfortable seating arrangements, the auditorium ensures effective communication and an engaging experience for large audiences. It serves as a key venue for fostering academic interaction, creativity, and community engagement within the university.

Conference Room.    The conference room is a professional space designed for meetings, discussions, and collaborative decision-making. Equipped with modern audio-visual technology, presentation tools, and comfortable seating, it facilitates effective communication among faculty, staff, and university stakeholders. The room is ideal for board meetings, committee sessions, strategic planning, and small-scale workshops, supporting efficient governance and academic administration.

Administrative and Faculty Offices.            Administrative and faculty offices at CUST are fully designated to support effective operations, providing a spacious and compliant environment that fosters high-quality education, research, and overall student development.
