CUST operates from a fully equipped campus spanning over 30,000 sq. ft., designed to support efficient academic and administrative functions. The environment is spacious, well-regulated, and conducive to high-quality teaching, research, and student development.
| Teaching Spaces. CUST possesses a sufficient number of spacious, air-conditioned classrooms designed to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for teaching and learning. Each classroom is equipped with modern teaching aids, including multimedia projectors and smartboards, to facilitate interactive and technology-driven instruction. Computer Lab. CUST maintains a fully equipped Computer Lab designed to support 40 workstations, providing students with a modern and conducive environment for practical learning and hands-on experience. The lab facilitates programming, software development, simulations, and other IT-related activities, enabling students to develop technical skills, collaborate on projects, and gain practical exposure to complement their theoretical studies. |

Electrical & Electronics Lab. The Electrical & Electronics Lab is currently under development and is expected to be operational shortly. Once completed, it will accommodate approximately 40 students and provide modern facilities for practical learning in electrical circuits, electronics, and related engineering applications. The lab will support hands-on experiments, technical skill development, and applied learning, complementing theoretical instruction in the classroom.

Health & Safety. The CUST campus ensures compliance with health and fire safety regulations, maintaining high standards across all facilities. First aid–trained personnel are available on site to respond to emergencies. Fire safety procedures are well established, regularly rehearsed, and clearly communicated to all students and staff. |
