The Board of Trustees (BOT) is the highest governing body of CUST, responsible for providing overall strategic guidance, governance, and policy direction. The BOT oversees long-term strategic planning, resource allocation, financial sustainability, and major infrastructure development. It also appoints key administrative and academic officials, monitors institutional performance, and ensures compliance with legal and accreditation requirements, serving as the guardian of the university’s mission and fostering academic excellence and institutional growth.
